A Camino Consequence

Among the most visible Camino consequences on my person is not my amazing Camino tan lines. In sandals, my sock line is quite amusing.

Weight loss has been my most dramatic physical change. I am wearing a tie in early May 2018. The second picture is from late June 2018.

Honestly, my experience with severe dehydration is part of my weight loss. Walking 6-8 hours a day, with backpack, for 33 days in rural Spain is the primary cause. I am thankful for my improved health. Bit embarrassed for the condition with which I started my pilgrimage. Wish I could find a scale to quantify my loss.

Weight loss… one more example that the Way provides.

Buen Camino!
